1. Who these terms cover
These terms apply to the website at cyadviso.com (the “Website”), operated by SIA CyAdviso, registered in Latvia (reg. no. 40203253216, EU VAT LV40203253216), Riga, Latvia, EU (“CyAdviso”, “we”).
By using the Website you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Website.
2. What the Website is — and isn’t
The Website is informational. It describes our advisory services for EU-licensed fintechs (vCISO retainers, DORA / MiCA / NIS2 readiness programmes, single-engagement scopes) and lets you book a call or take a free DORA self-assessment.
- The Website is not legal advice, regulatory advice, audit advice, or a legal opinion.
- Reading anything on the Website does not create a client relationship with CyAdviso. A client relationship begins only after a written engagement letter is signed by both parties.
- No content on the Website constitutes a guarantee that any reader will pass a regulatory review, avoid a finding, or otherwise satisfy any specific competent authority. Engagements are scoped individually and outcomes depend on the entity’s state, scope, and cooperation.
3. Information accuracy
We keep the content current to the best of our ability and cite primary sources (EUR-Lex, EBA, ESMA, EC) where relevant. Regulation evolves; jurisdictions transpose differently; technical standards are revised. You should verify any specific regulatory requirement against the primary source and, where appropriate, qualified legal counsel authorised in your jurisdiction.

All text, images, structure and code on the Website are the property of SIA CyAdviso unless otherwise attributed. You may quote excerpts with attribution to “CyAdviso” or “Andrey Gubarev, CyAdviso”. Reproduction of substantial portions, or use of the content to train closed commercial AI models, requires written permission.
5. Third-party links
The Website links to external resources (regulator pages, blog providers, Cal.com, etc.). We don’t control those resources and aren’t responsible for their content or availability.
6. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by Latvian and EU law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
7. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of Latvia. Any dispute that cannot be settled amicably will be submitted to the competent court in Riga, Latvia. Where you are a consumer, mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence still apply.
8. Changes
We may revise these terms. Material changes will be reflected in the “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Website after a revision means you accept the revised terms.
